    • Acknowledgment of receipt will be provided within five working days.
  3. Investigation:
    • The complaint will be reviewed, and an investigation will be conducted if necessary.
    • A response and resolution will be provided within 14 working days.
  4. Appeal:
    • If unsatisfied with the outcome, the complainant may appeal in writing to senior management.
    • A final decision will be made within 21 working days.
